Route 218's a pretty small and oddball route; I think making Munna available there would help it stand out more. It's right next to Canalave City, which has an association with dreams as is because it's where you can get access to Cresselia and Darkrai

I love all the Pokémon regions but Sinnoh will always be my personal favorite. Hoenn is good but Sinnoh is just the best IMO. I mean we got Giratina, Darkrai, and Palkia/Dialga.
