Has to be Archfiend Doomlord, the shading is really clean and detailed without being cluttered and the shapes, especially the way the upper half bulks up to look menacing but not dumb, are dynamic and sharp. The colors and vibe are just so good, easy winner

Classic used very exaggeratedly and 'awkward' proportions, which made them look more "alien". UAF and OV rounded out the humanoid shapes, which look alright, but I prefer the Classic's weirdness.
