The Swordsman
Scatterbrained but very gentlemanly swordsman who's been looking for "the man who stole his name". His plans have a 50/50 chance of being brilliant or ending in catastrophe. He's awkward with social situations, but really wants to make connections with people.
At the posthumous sale of his collection in 1826, Landscape with a Waterfall was described as: ‘a rustic landscape, the melancholy of which inspires reverie…’ More to the point, the catalogue entry clearly stated: ‘It was Monsieur Denon’s favourite picture’.
#WallaceConnections
This week, our #WallaceConnections series continues the theme of seeking refuge in art during troubled times.
Made by acclaimed #17thcentury landscape painter #JacobvanRuisdael, this dramatic vista is dominated by turbulent, fast-moving water flowing through a rocky gorge.
#WriterlyWIPChat 27
“Who is the most laconic character in your WIP?”
Soul Connections:
Mustard Guy. There are no words in The In Between although one of the spirits talks to herself A LOT.
The Chronicles of Henny:
Mr. Pickle. Hands down 😂

‘To the Tor’ by #FionaMillais
“I love the connection between the natural rhythms of the land and how it reflects our presence or the lack of it”
Fiona’s great-grandfather was Pre-Raphaelite painter, Sir John Everett Millais.
You can see this in our current Winter Collection.
Thank you to all the connections I’ve made through Twitter!! Take care and stay safe!! ❤️
Xenogender time!!
Introducing pastelgothgender!! For those who feel a connection to the style itself and it's two opposite components and meanings (pastel- softness, kindness and goth- darkness, rebellion)
Any pronouns can be used with it!!

maybe the fifth dimension is the quantum bliss that holds it all together, that makes the mind body connection possible. maybe that’s what my art is.
or maybe it’s not that at all,
but it’s fun to theorize anyway.
Unknown Girl
(One, Side)
A mysterious girl who Kouhei spends time with in the eternal world. They simply talk to each other while the scenery in the eternal world revolves around the. Strangely enough, the girl resembles Nagamori, and seems to have a connection to Kouhei's past
What a fascinatingly contradictory take on second wave feminism is Fellini's 'City of Women' (1980). And the visual connections to Matisse's 'La Danse'--which, beyond Mastroianni, so connect the film with '8 1/2.'
It was great to hear more about #TheLockdownBlues from @drfredcooper in our Critical Friends zoom last week. If you want to know more he's running an hour long workshop on connection & creativity for @FUTURES_ERN on 27 Nov https://t.co/8GXmETyWC7

The only connection Jun seems to get is feeling Yukinos emotions for the P1 cast. Would be cool if the design was influenced a little too
