同じく91年前の今日は高雄型 3番艦の摩耶が進水した日です。
1918年に防空巡洋艦となりましたが、残念ながら対空兵装が米軍機に向けて火を吹くことはありませんでした。

鎮守府の彼女は超有能な防空巡洋艦として大活躍の日々です。

それにしても美しい胸部装甲ですね～
