I actually only use defaults because learning how to use downloaded brushes intimidates me. I mostly just use Darker Pencil for lines, then the G-Pen and fill tools tools for colours, and the airbrush tools and Design Pencil for shading and textures, etc, on CSP.

So first we of course have the Adventure art style itself. Sonic is drawn very rubber hose like. It has thick lineart that helps make the art pop. It also has that iconic adventure shading made of a harsh highlight with a dark airbrush shadow under it to make it stand out.
