@arvidthetwit I know that dude. I like his exercises in the street etc. I have studied the phenomenon of socialism very deeply. It´s QUITE the rabbit-hole to fall into. At the end of the day, if you are a Platonist, you are at heart a socialist. Really bad news since 99.99% of people are.

This was something I made in html as a fun exercise cus I was learning it at the time!

shark morning exercise

Asymmetrical dumbbell exercises while balancing on one foot is an easy way to get the calves burning. I'm not sure if they'll get stronger but they do hurt, and feeling pain is better than feeling nothing.

here's some alternate colors as well, was overall a fun exercise to get my gears somewhat turning again lol
