Sometimes the "Narnia" books depict walking trees living in Narnia and other times dryads. As they never interact with each other, it's unclear their relationship or whether they're actually the same species. However, the art depicts them as very different.

In 'The Three Golden Hairs,' an old man staggers through the dark winter forest until he reaches an old woman's hut. Here, she hugs & rocks him until he is reborn as the brightest sun. When ideas get frozen, do nothing but sit & rock them, they will be renewed.
