A comic for class that’s just about the woods with rose bushes and a waterfall. This was handrawn and then scanned to be colored on photoshop. I challenged myself by using only red and green. Enjoy.

I’ve often mused that the shrubbery in my local park seems a good spot for Epipactis. Well braving funny looks from my bemused fellow dog walkers I plunged into the bushes and found five Broad-leaved Helleborines! 🎉 There are a LOT more bushes to investigate! 👀#Wildflowerhour

I really ought to get back to doing my Wednesday Worldbuilding posts, really love them. So here's a tidbit. This is a Nalan archer, the general soldier of their army. Hailing from the outskirts, these fighters prefer to make use of ambushes.

Tiles have very few polys and are all modular. My plan is to make little decorative "islands" (bushes, little rocks...) to put at random out of the grid's bounds, but I quite like the clarity of what I have now. We'll see how they turn out. :)

So far the battles are interesting. Your choose four actions to execute per round. Level progression occurs after each battle with specific stat increases or new skills learned. You can sleep anywhere, but it has a cool down period and can invite ambushes.
