Tip: If you layer up your background, blurring the further back you go in the image helps create a wonderful depth and brings more focus onto the foreground component.

It would be cool if the final cover has the whole main cast somehow in it, maybe in Paths or something?

Maybe the whole cast in the background, together with child Eren holding out a hand for adult Eren in the foreground (or the other way round). Just some ideas.

Haha, love tubba blubba! Mostly I just pushed the tortuga into the bg some more, but have a bit of sparkle to his eye and some drool. Also darkening the foreground helps with depth! And as a tip for shadows, the darkest part is usually along the middle, when lit above and below.
