Mr nice arms, halfway coloured. This is supposed to be dusk so I'll have to change the lighting, but I kinda like the simple digital flats, perhaps because it doesn't obscure the underdrawing

Improving with this new process/ style. Getting to where I’m happy with just lineart and flats. I want to have shading, lighting, gradients etc, be like a nice extra, but i dont want that to be what my art leans on. where i feel like i have to do it, for a piece to look finished.

Day 2058: Pondering Shading! I tried adding in some shading. I'm a lil torn on the results, I'm not sure how happy I am with them in the end. Still, I think it moved the image for a bit. I think relying on flat values is as important to me as figuring out lighting, for now.
