If I could reboot Jet Jaguar, I’d give him supersonic flying speed (ya know, like a Jet) and that would even explain his bullet-shaped head. I’d make it that his growth powers (and maybe even his sentience) were a gift from Mothra (sort of a blue fairy/Pinocchio thing).
