Made the topology of the hair way better than last time :D

The head mesh in particular was hell to do as the original topology was very unorthodox, a sign of the modeling tools from the times. Instead of trying to fix it, I ultimately nabbed specific reference verts and then reconstructed the head from scratch, which looks nicer.
