The Getter Robo and Getter Robo G anime, while not fully translated into English yet, are very much fun 70's super robot antics from what I've seen. Much like Mazinger Z, they're more "clean cut" in depicting the heroes, but with plenty of shlocky action and gore for Fuji TV.
