The room had warm lighting and the camera wasn't WB'd or set to the correct color temperature to produce a photo with accurate colors. The dress is black and blue, but because of a mismatch between camera settings and lighting, it can be perceived as golden and white in the pic

part of the reason I sided with Komori over him originally is because on and Kaiya is credited alone and nothing really stands out but its entirely possible he did small cuts or conformed to Chikara Sakurai's corrections. On at least he might've drawn this short scene

Very very baffled by the localization choices of this card game sometimes. They've stuck by Raidramon for years in English, despite how "correct" Lighdramon may be.
