I would say my coloring combined with how I deal with shading has lead to a very distinct style. I wouldn't say it's the best but I also wouldn't say it's forgettable. (also a pic from earlier this year because I was proud of how I did the lighting.)

So for rendering, because I never could get the hang of multiply+overlay shading, I really just find a base color, add some very vague shadows, and then blend and add colors until it looks good, usually treating said shading as if I'm carving out the final if that makes sense
