.@mikasongdraws' hilarious and adorable DONUT FEED THE SQUIRRELS is the perfect graphic novel for chapter-book readers ages 5-9, or around age 42, and @CoreyAnnHaydu's magical and heartfelt ONE JAR OF MAGIC is great for middle-grade readers ages 9-13 📚
This story follows an 18-year-old infantry soldier through his 12-month tour in the Vietnam War. Readers will be there next to him as he grows from a naive, scared teenager to a war-hardened veteran

what makes a comic good is not what make a movie good, you have to make images that linger, and leave things to readers imaginations to an extent, the Marvel especially had nothing to draw from except what scraps they could get.
Philly poet and author Esther Greenleaf Mürer translates two novels by noted Norwegian author Jens Bjørneboe, who is less well-known here. Both 'Winter in Bellapalma' and 'Ere the Cock Crows' leave the reader at loose ends:

As a kid I struggled to learn how to read. Here's a "cover reveal" for two early readers. May they help emerging readers be successful! Pub date 7/19/22 @KnopfBFYR @leewildish @AndreaBrownLit @RHCBEducators @randomhousekids
@EdenSolera MoLaB's villain is Giorvi Onoretti, though he doesn't come off as villainous until later on, and even then I think some readers will agree with him. He's a markhor-Yosoe. A bipedal goat-man with corkscrew horns that can light up or shoot electricity.

I've noticed this a lot but never really connected it, but many people have mediums they just won't touch.
I don't read manga.
Many Anitwt users won't play VNs or even other video games.
Lots of VN readers say they won't watch Anime or have a hard time doing so.
