I remember discovering this 1940s comic book hero in the 1980s within the pages of All Star Squadron & Young All Stars...in fact, those titles introduced me to a lot of forgotten Golden Age heroes. Air Wave was no legend, but he was in around 75 issues of Detective Comics!
