So... thoughts about this version of w/ the powers of Zero Hour circa I didn’t realize he got a powers boost during Convergence, which I’m sure didn’t last. Waverider is a character that if he was would’ve been a herald of Galactus IMO

Yes! I had 2 as references. They are different but share the same lighting and angle, and I assume the pixel art was based on these renders, but then again, the pixel art has its own style imo. It is more manga and has slightly different proportions and such 😁

Imo, I don't think it really takes away from the experience of the game itself, I think it's a nice pace breaker from all the speed and stuff, which btw, isn't a bad thing either. Plus, main take away from the werehog stages, gave us some banger music (excluding battle music lol)

Now onto Kodama 🥺 my absolute favorite in the series. She's the one with the best character development imo and she has such beautiful moments throughout. My beautiful petite blonde
