They couldn't make Sludge Vohaul transparent in 16 colors, but they could make it look like Roger is deepthroating that Sequel Policeman's gun.

Also, let's spend a ton of effort redrawing Roger's sprite, but leave the background a sickening mess of uneven dithering.
