The first version of this shot and the latest version. There can really only be one focal point at a time, and blurring/enlarging Takamori in the foreground makes you more focused on Ina in the BG. That and moving Ame further into the back creates a feeling of depth and space.

Another old favorite of mine where I was experimenting with space. This was before the galaxy clouds were implemented in my works. I should remaster this piece though for fun. And the first introduction to Super Nauno. You can say it's a reference to DBZ or Sonic but idc. X3
I had to reorganize the Pokemon drawings because they would overlap incorrectly and things became difficult to see. now I have to go back to each individual Pokemon, make them solid, and then place them in a non-awkward space. I'm not even half way done.
I am dying.
I cropped it a bit since I didn't like the amount of negative space. also have a no-blood version.
The colours and textures are carefully chosen to give the illusion of recession through space. A steady, pastel background with the boldest colours in the foreground - vibrant pinks, yellows and sea blue.
