That's what I considered bc I was so fed up with trying to get the tilemap to work the way I wanted. You just have to cut up the image to handle sorting things like the rock spires. It even feels faster than creating tilesets, since I have gone through about 20 tile iterations.

Plant of the week

This week is the vicious Echinocks, a melee shadow plant that attacks in the tile ahead of it and the neighboring tiles and when powered, it's attacks deal splash damage.
Echinocks is based off the echinops plant.
