MMD自動トレース、Hitogataのフェイストラッキングで表情と上半身のモーションを作れないかな？と試したところ、リアル人じゃないと認識しないっぽい。そこで音声から口パクだけなヲタ様のLipSynchloid(https://t.co/0wuR8O7D8G)で作成。自動でできるのはここまでかな。あとは手作業で直しますかね。
