I get distracted easily. So I will suddenly start making random art that has nothing to do with what I was doing before. But I have a few pieces that I keep going back to as I learn new things to make them better. This is one of those. It will become Hostile Architecture...

Oh heck yeah, this seems soo up my alley! My work features plenty of vampiric creatures, and creepy architecture is a specialty of mine! I also LOVE working with greyscale and monochrome! You can find more of my work as well as commission details here:

Another future work, and again a few sketches 👀
There is a lot of architecture here, which unfortunately is my weak point, but I am happy to practice drawing it so that one day my weakness will turn into my strength 😌

Another influence on Demuth was Toulouse Lautrec for his circus images & Cezanne/Picasso for his architecture. The Circus (1917), Vaudeville (1917), Bermuda (1917) & At a House In Harley Street (1918)

I loved the architecture in Lisbon! 🇵🇹 The higgledy skyline of terracotta roofs and pastel houses. Vertigo inducing streets and criss cross cable car wires. Very irresistible for drawing! I was enjoying mixing oil pastels and pencils for this rainy day sketch.
