@jasperthecrab it absolutely depends on the character. i usually go thru between 2-4 on average, but the character continues to be "refined" the more times I draw them.

I did a size chart to compare the native size sprites of various characters I have in mugen. It should be noted that anything above average size has lower xscale and yscale values so they can fight regular size characters.
