the sketch also cause i think it looks nicer than the finished thing. the original idea was if he was a Dark Souls guy but it looked really weird when I stretched his limbs to have normal people proportions so i gave up on that.

Some practice with rubber and Stitch. I needed it because my Stitch game was lacking, and I was trying to get his proportions correct again. The ears are too thick, the antennae aren't quite right, and the head-shape is wrong from the side view.

A few people have pointed out that ideal proportions are rather dependent on the species in question. I have to admit, that is a good point, such as with this race of mine here where the realistic proportions ARE the inflatable proportions!

yet another girl ahoy! this isn't the picture proper, just a reference for myself. in the show her head's at angle so it's hard to get a sense for her facial proportions, so i have this to hand. maybe it will help you!
