These are 18th century clay wig curlers, some broken, all found on the Thames foreshore. Did you know they set the curls in hair by wrapping it around these curlers then baking it in a pastry crust. Ingenious!

Just my take on what the tempura monster could look like! The face is based on Shara Ishvalda, and the body is based on Lagiacrus!

I'm going for a "mimic monster" kinda look. Like the markings on its head unintentionally resembles a Ningyo
