I think Super Saiyan 4 Vegetto (left) has one of the most underwhelming designs in Dragon Ball. The fact that it just implies that Gogeta (right) is this anomaly whose design completely changes in SS4 is just...so bizarre. They really did the absolute minimum with Vegetto I feel
