Had kappas on the brain today, so I whipped up an OC based on one:

Richie (Japanese name, 緑川 "Midorikawa"), a private detective who migrated from Japan to New York near the Hudson River. He mostly deals in light supernatural phenomena and marital issues between cryptids.
