But this eye.... this colour.... reminds me another Pokémon, that isn't a Shell.

It reminds me Muk. Like a mix of Kantonian Muk and Alolan Muk.

Dragon-Type Slowking
It is also known as "the dragon trickster" as it blends in with them in order to get protection.
It flaps its "wings" in order to appear to be bigger and more menancing. Sadly, Slowking can't fly.
