Just searched for lateral views and WOW that is arched! I did a version based on Kelsey a few years ago and was slightly surprised by how stretched the torso felt. But I guess it's more correct? (I've since updated this to tone down the quills, but can't find a png copy...)

i can definitely say that the cyndaquil line has the dumbest evolutionary design, all they do is move the quills around and it doesnt even feel more intense. (plus it looks even worse with the 3d models cutting the fire out)

Sonic Adventure introduced the iconic Modern Sonic design. He was taller, had longer quills, and had green eyes. it was the next logical step of evolution for the character. his character model is honestly the best Sonic model used to date, his proportions are perfect.
