This is Goodra crossed with Dragalge! Poison/Dragon type.
They're still slightly gooey but they feel rather scaley, their horns are coated in a thin layer of poison so please be careful touching them.

Was thinking I would potentially need some sort of elaborate feathering/blending effect for the Arid/Wet Overlaps but between the map scale and the higher altitude colours being common I think it looks pretty good with more fuss.
