I am told I have an overactive imagination. I am a very paranoid person but not necessarily of real people. Monsters, ghosts, etc. always haunt me from shadows and distances. I know there is nothing there, reasonably. But I am a tiny bit afraid of the dark and being alone.

as I am color blind, I have always had problems with detecting shadows and highlights when applying color, I saw a Tiktok that it was better to use value scales instead of just color. AND I LOVE IT!!! :D

ha, took a screenshot of Spike behind the wheel, and realised it's exactly the same as another screenshot i took earlier but flipped.
they even kept the shadows.
it's quite possible every time we see him in his cabin, it's the same frame with different backgrounds/lighting.

I’m back! Took a day or two to work on stickers and prints till my ink ran out. Working more on light and shadow. Added some highlights to her lightsabers. Added her beads over her montals. Cleaned up some shadows. Going to add some collage, but have to get ink first. 🙄

Day 321: Fine details on the black lace, and a handful of deeper shadows in the blues. Rough shapes for the tied hair and black bits holding up the lingere. I'll see if I can finish this one up by Tuesday.

first is the digital sketch which is printed in pink. Blue ink line art over the pink. second is ink colour outlines done traditionally, then I overlaid the two scans on each other with some digital colour touch ups on shadows
