Road trip with ⁦⁩ to see ⁩ in Oxford. Stunning work (far better than my quick studies) and a chance to draw one of Oxford’s unusual churches - St Andrew the Great while eating Crepes. Thank you Hugh!

Iris asks you very politely to help her sneak into the local church...she swears she won't cause mischief!

Would/Should have been my best bud's 44th birthday today. A band of fab ringers rang a quarter peal at the church where she got married and had her funeral. It was beautiful https://t.co/K3vnpZvaF1

And more! The entire structural layout of this piece is based off of Bloxham church, Oxfordshire. Sure I've whitewashed the walls and swapped stone out for wood, changed a few details but I don't exactly live in a church to remember what they look like 100%.

Day 982: Landscape by Frederic Edwin Church! Tonight's result was simple, but still a decent study. Breaking down these shapes is actually pretty easy to transfer over to my own work, something I was trying on my current project. I'm excited to keep doing these still! :D

Finished the "Last and First Idol" anthology in the meanwhile, that was a ride that I can only describe with this silly image, as words can hardly do this book justice.

Long story short, sign me up for the church of the Flying Spaghetti Idol.
