Whilst on the topic of investment and greed (NFTs) I highly recommend a board game called the Tulip Bubble.

In the 1600s, the tulip craze fueled one of the first speculative investment bubbles with tulip bulbs costing more than houses in Amsterdam. Then it burst.

Great game.
