Am thinking something like this? Make sure to get reference on your cloth and bring out those construction folds. Cloth has a lot of structure to it.

Redesigning!
I was thinking of giving her yellow highlights and all but returned on the blue to keep the chils.
After some constructive critism ,I am probally going to remove the blue circle from her eye
Someone else suggested using blue mascara

Wildly off, as it turns out! Spinosaurus was thought to be a carnosaur like allosaurus and kin, when it was actually a derived enough megalosauroid to be considered a crown member of its own clade; the spinosauridae. Pictured is an older reconstruction next to one from 2017.
