W.I.P. of Ciacyl's Spin Kick normal. He lifts his feet off the ground during the attacks so is considered airborne during those frames. He'll be able to drift left/right movement during it as well.
Tail will have a close soft hit before the kick to create distance.

2/4 - First, I took my 15 frame Magikarp animation and cut it down to 12 frames. I noticed that most of these proxinoscope anims are 12 frames.
