I never purchased this particular series as I was more a fan of the How to Draw Manga series distributed by Japan Publications Trading Co. but several of my friends in high school started out with the Katy Coope series.

This was fun to join in on!

Katy was just 16 when she illustrated this book and had even less sources than us kids. This book became so prolific that I found it behind glass at the Kyoto international manga museum.
