Hot take: I never liked Goofy's modern colors (green hat, orange shirt, black vest etc.). I know it's meant to compliment the other character's colors more (Mickey's Red, Donald's Blue, etc.), but there's something very charming about the combo of the ol' muted purple and orange.

I was never that fond of Mickey's modern design because of this. Compared to the 30s counterpart, it just doesn't look as natural or appealing. Notably due to the eyes.
