Art commission for someone's TTRPG. I attempted to recreate Ken Sugimori's early Pokemon style. I love how that looks. I know nothing about watercolor though, so it's just all winging it and adjusting things until I was happy with it.

Plus I just really wanted a hippogriff. I put some cockatiel elements in his design with colors and cheek spots. I was worried at first about him looking too 'young' so I attempted different eyes for a bit, but I went back to these from Terramar.
