2. Bit darker colour to "thicker" areas, mostly centers
3. Bubbles with star/freckle brush
4. Cell shading
5. Turn the shade layer opaque
6. Sorta hasty (Strong) white lines for the glow

This is KC (yes me, hihi), and they have an absurd obsession with plants, rocks, and cats (the art is by @.BongoLad ^^)

Also the accent is Eastern American, but with a slight hint of West Indian (especially when yelling, the wi accent gets thicker when yelling)

not too sure about the background. I wanted to keep the eyes simple while still hooking. I didn’t add shading to sort of match your character. I think I should have made the lines thicker, though...
