The last part!! I wanted this to show how evbo is able to move forward while redbo I stuck in place. The wires on redbo back are becoming tight (you can tell by how they’re lifting from the ground) they’re holding him in place

like you say, it also makes him look like a puppet

Also anticure panel is placed visibly higher than sim panel! I love using this format when I “compare” two characters/situations BUT I usually put them on the same plane

(sorry for using pjeg comic as example it’s the most recent one so it’s the first thing that came to mind)

I’d actually drawn them with lighting!!! But I thought it looked weird and overall the version without it looked better so I went with that (I usually make 4 pages comic and this is the 5th page so you can guess I was not at my best here ajdhsjaksh)

I have a comic that explores about this more… his name badge still had the word “scientist” despite him wearing a prisoner uniform, that was until the final battle which he finally decided to cross it out and write “survivor” down instead https://t.co/ifP7mfDWBK

omg let me talk about evbo design bc he has A LOT going on and that is the point. To me anticure!designs have such disastrous color palette THOSE COLORS DO NOT BELONG WITH EACH OTHER BUT THAT WHATS MADE IT PERFECT

THE TABLE! I actually didn’t think much of it other than I wanted it to have no personality bc I feel like that fits redbo the most. I also chose white specifically because its the most plain and “soulless” color, in a sense. And also bc of the aesthetic in redbo lab in general
