obviously I'm not saying all of the images are smear frames. I'm saying it's real obvious what the team was trying to do. Emulate the kind of 2D animation seen in the actual anime. FighterZ did the same thing and it looks amazing. Take those frames alone and yeah it looks weird

I mentioned I was busy all of october ealier, and here's what I was doing: more Shantae studies (thanks spriters resource). It's seriously painfull on the hand to re-draw 72 frames, but the various bits you learn eyeballing frame-by-frame shapes is worth it. Seven Sirens soon!

1. First bot-laner in a long time w/more than 550 attack range.
2. First champion in a long time w/a true global (unless you count Sylas steals).
3. One of the longest attack frames in the game. Senna's is .5s while most champions are between .2s and .3s.
