Kenapa mesti detail gambarnya? Biar kerjanya lebih efektif dan sesuai apa yg dipengenin. Di case w karna cuman denah dan 3D yg gak detail jadi sempet banyak misscom ama mandor & mereka diminta bongkar lagi. Pokoknya gambar detail ngaruh bgt kalo kalian gk pake jasa arsitek.
2) Gambar/site plan
Hal basic lainnya adalah siapin site plan & gambar rumah yang DETAIL. Karna di case w gambar denah & 3D doang ternyata belom cukup, better langsung di detailin sampe tinggi meja dapur, wastafel, sampe saluran aer sama listrik.
