Im a bit late but.. im really glad with my improvement into drawings! Im trying a little everyday on digital art.. and anatomy itself. The results are starting to let me happy with my progress :)

When we were making the book I really wanted to do something so that it looked like a printing error happened on these pages, an it-can't-be-shown-in-its-true-form kinda thing. I still really like the mockups we did, but in the end we decided it detracted from the artwork itself.

So one of the Summer Angel Dust pins was frustrating me with his arms were coping the other. So I did my own. The reference was Coppertone's ad and the pin itself. Changed it into a dress to give one arm something to do. WIP

The ring itself does funnel inwards and project towards the outside, which is what gives that dark outline, but the sclera, (usually white/ light part behind the ring) sits on the outskirts (and appears red often too in many due to blood vessels
