sorry for the re-upload. but i added scan lines and it looks super sick. if i were a little more insane i would develop cosmic KO with this aesthetic. but im not crazy enough to make a fighting game with 2d graphics. theoretically if CK were to become a thing itd be 3d.

Full charge electro Shiori was a hard thing to work with in 3D.
Somehow, I made it work properly.
Probably is a cool model design but I think I can improve it more.
