There are some bad takes in reply here. Gohan is not a fighter. He does not want to fight. He realizes he has the ability to and feels a responsibility to for the sake of others. It's a really noble and beatiful departure from his father who does enjoy combat.

Possibly the most surprising series I've played for the book is Sengoku from SNK. I never got a chance to play it back in the day, but I really love its creepy, odd vibe, wild imagination and solid combat. I'd highly recommend the arcade versions to all fans of the genre.
