- Star Chart shows costs even for locked panels.

I just finished laying out the storyboard for chapter 1 of my webtoon. It is composed of 30 panels. I tried coloring the last panel and it took me a lot of time. I am not yet used to digital and the background is a lot of work but I am happy with my progress. 🥺😭
