i think the colours are good overall, but i think the green is only slighty too saturated for the wings? i'd make the wings a little more saturated/lighter so they match a bit more, but this is imo! this is looking mighty fine so far super excited to see the final jkfdhgdfjkhg

added a slight tweak to this one. I pretty much just went hard into the rose thorn design throughout her and left out the checkered pattern because it was too busy and felt out of place with the overall design. I'm glad you like how she turned out :3

Overall so far. I think Samus Returns will probably end up being my favourite of the 2D Metroids.
It's nice and meaty and while the first few hours are a struggle similar to fusion. You start feeling more powerful much quicker making the game feel better overall
