Have you guys seen the new and improved images for the cutscenes, created by Nahuel SB?
You can follow his work on Instagram: https://t.co/MkBEDEvC4p

And in case you were worried that the Metal Gear boardgame would leave out all the cutscenes lovingly crafted by @HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN, the game includes over 100 pages of comics that make up the cutscenes.
I think this is also spot on. Probably a test for Gen 6 (given how similar it is to this already-known G6 testing image) but it has both the chibi and more realistically proportioned models.
Maybe the lankier model was intended to test the XY Cutscenes?

I love when these event cutscenes have special art in them, its really brings depth to the characters and its a nice change to the character still puppet shows we usually get
i wish the death wish cutscenes were higher quality bc LOOK AT HIM... i crave hq photos of my husband...
Given the model differences, it's clear to see that they prioritised dropping the chibi style really early on while still keeping a younger protagonist.
This character model doesn't look nearly as bulbous as the XY one, and isn't proportioned like the one XY uses for cutscenes.
I think they fixed the lighting issues in later cutscenes because god kimaris looks so good in my cutscenes now and he used to always be ugly as hell even appearance change aside.
like look at this difference...these are both cutscenes
Been watching all of the MGS games cutscenes in chronological order again, an interesting thing about the comicbook artstyle of PO and PW is that it almost feels like a story someone is telling you secondhand.
Some MSF or DD grunt telling you about the glory days of Big Boss.
I'm experimenting with roll 20 a bit and put the NPC art on the side of the map and highlight the character who's speaking, essentially making simple cutscenes
Some doodles i drew for Netronian Chaos' hot update.
Now the mod replaces existing Cutscenes and Endings!:

I also have a great low-res version made with the incredible blender shader by @skeddles!
The cutscenes for Sonic 95 also fully use their shader so kudos to them for bringing such an amazing and useful shader to life!!
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions released in North America on this date in 2007. It arrived there last, having hit Europe a few days earlier and Japan several months earlier. This enhanced remaster of the PS1 release adds new jobs, new cutscenes, and multiplayer.
I was trying to make muscular male I have never did before and I made a #ContraRogueCorps
Fanart for celebrate the first anniversary
It is missing the drill arm and tattoes but is mostly for show how of a great job the @Konami team and @EMannLand making all the cutscenes.
There was a 1996 PCE-CD game with art by Izumi Takemoto, which was one of ZUN's biggest influences.
Now I'm imagining a Touhou game with PCE-CD quality cutscenes with this art style.
Cutscenes featuring Liza.
She is one of the main characters in our game in development #LastDitchEffortgame

Look at me Ma! I stole an unedited screenshot, that anyone can retake because all the cutscenes are online!!
Anyways. I send all of my love to @assassyart It's a shame you've had to deal with all this unnecessary harassment. Keep doing what you're doing! :D
The 3DO release of Policenauts marks its 25th anniversary today. Arguably one of Kojima's most ambitious story dramas.
This edition was the first to add things such as animated cutscenes, and paved the way for PS1 and Sega Saturn versions, which included additional content.
