I decided to watch Kaiba again since it's been years.
I didn't realize how much this show influenced my art.
Here's a quick Chroniko sketch
Trying to decide the colours for Faeriebell once they're no longer a sapling... They were pulled from their pod and the Dream far too early, so their early petal colours were influenced by their golden sap and then slowly their Mesmer magic.
Yellow Cave.
A scene influenced much by the images of the Caribbean Sea scuba diving.

@Truegreen7 It is INCREDIBLY HARD to pick just two. But Im going to have to nominate Snoco and Crustycean.
Snoco is based on snowmen/snow cones, and has a ability that is influenced by its flavor
Crustycean is a salt crusted crab. The salt makes it immune to water but weak to electric
@AntonTakerCGG @missmartwork @MaskedImpDrazi She has clothes lol, just needs to get some wrestling attire.
Wrestling was influenced by HBK, razor, piper, hogan, Eddie, flair, Dusty to name a few 😁😁😁
i was not one of the popular artists back then!
there were a lot of artists that i admired and who probably influenced my art a lot, but i was nowhere near their level yet.
in 2012 my art just looked like this lol :^)
@AsheIllustrates Hello there! I'm Marc, a pencil/digital illustrator who creates anime-influenced art (but I can do other things....):
My first 4 anime!! (Well, the first 4 I can recall - I know I definitely watched all these in 2013-2014) in terms of my artstyle there was definitely a heavy bleach influence lol and TMM and Digimon influenced my first ocs a lot w https://t.co/qYKIbvKONx
@detorama Thank you for this artshare! I'm Marc, and I'm an illustrator of anime-influenced art (and damned proud of that!)...here are some of my works:
i wanted to practice rendering so I did a little fan art of low fantasy Link. Been really influenced by Yoh Yashinori’s work on Grandia 3

Finally done
(This piece is heavily influenced by Medusa_149's art style)
I just wanna do something quick coz i wanna take a break for a bit
Dark Bakura - Yu-Gi-Oh!
R.I.P. Kazuki Takahashi. He was an incredible mangaka. The extent to which he influenced my creative work cannot be overstated.

#Rembrandt, #BornThisDay in 1606, was a Dutch Golden Age painter, draughtsman and printmaker, whose etched tronies (such as this one) influenced Lynette Yiadom-Boakye's work, First Flight, which you can view in our Exchanges exhibition.

@inkfycreates Her second version was fine, less "sensualized" but still pompous. The issue with this look is that she barely looks like a fashionista but a nerd, maybe indie, which was part of the character. It's similar to the live-action, which makes me wonder if it was influenced
Workin' hard on Survive and other stuff, but I got a question for y'all.
I'm lookin for more examples of games like this. Western made with a very clear Japanese anime influenced design. Preferably seventh gen and older before it was more common. Know any?
There’s no question this love of caricature influenced my character designs in book & game illustration.
